Flybe Q400 Makes Visit to Oxford Airport
To support the forthcoming launch of the new Flybe Assisted Sponsorship Scheme, Captain Ian Cheese - General Manager Turbo Prop Fleet, Flybe, came to visit Oxford Airport on Wednesday 17th October in a Flybe Bombardier Q400 aircraft.
The aircraft was on the ground for approximately 4 hours, giving OAA students a unique opportunity of being able to visit and look around the Q400 during its stay.
This was the first time that the airport has seen the largest independant regional airline come into land at Oxford. The scheme will be launched formally at the FLYER Professional Flight Training Show at the Renaissance Hotel, Heathrow, on 3rd November.
